«Su Majestad, las turbinas están servidas»… Dos gigantescos tornillos de Arquímedes, de 40 toneladas de peso y 12 metros de largo, han llegado hasta el Castillo de Windsor para ser instalados en los próximos días en el fondo del río Támesis y poder generar electricidad ‘limpia’ a partir del mes de noviembre.

New York City officials announced the selection of Alta Bicycle Share, Inc. to develop and operate a bike share system for the Big Apple.

The company, which manages similar privately-funded systems in Boston, Washington D.C. and Melbourne, Australia, anticipates that sponsorship will be a key component of the system financing and is currently seeking partners.
